With a clientel at the restaurant like Paramount, Universal and Warner Bros Studios, Record Companies and all the networks from ABC to MTV -- catering was a natural progression for Tommy Tang's.

While initially doing smaller events at the restaurant, a customer and friend, Bob Zmuda had an idea to produce a fund raiser for the homeless with comedians on HBO called -- Comic Relief. He asked Tommy to cater the talent and their guests during the shows taping and a VIP party after for HBO, for just 4,000 guests!!

He's done every one since at Paramount, Radio City Music Hall in NYC to the Shrine Auditorium in LA.

Today Tommy Tangs Global Cuisine & Event Production creates a wide spectrum of events from dinner parties in your home to Entertainment & Corporate functions, Weddings and Birthdays, at all types of venues, serving an eclectic menu of cuisines.
