Cooked Long or Short Grain Brown Thai Hom Mali Rice
Yields 6 cups

Thai Hom Mali brown rice |
- 3 cups |
water |
Place brown rice and water into a small stockpot (nonstick pot works best) over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 24-25 minutes. Remove and set aside with the lid still on for 4-5 minutes. Cooked brown Thai Hom Mali Rice is ready to be eaten or used for other dishes. |
